Yoga was at 7:00 tonight not 6:00, so I turned up in Pensacola an hour early, and instead of sitting in the parking lot waiting I decided to take Blue Pearl for a ride and we drove towards the Sunset!
I had the song, I Believe I Can Fly, on and all the way up! The sun was bright and beautiful, illuminating the sky. It was still about 40 minutes or so from sunset, but then the Sun went behind the clouds, and it literally gave me goosebumps and brought tears to my eyes. How Beautifully the sun radiated its glow behind the clouds It was like, WOW. Knowing that I am safe, that I get to experience not just visually but emotionally and physically, the beauty of nature and life every day. And then I saw the sun rays. The rays of lights were radiating upward into the sky, and how magnificent and absolutely gorgeous that was, and just to be aware of where I am, what I'm doing, and that the soul journey is still on its mission.

I felt the joy of being alive but also the loneliness creeped in, because it would be awesome to go to yoga, with a friend, and have more friends to enjoy life with But I know that I also I’m called to TRAVLE! So the loneliness kicked in, but I'm working in bridging through a lot of my emotions, and I'm not only going in the right direction with my coaching, my online store with Soul messages but also my hug movement. I'm going in the right direction for sure with training to be a Bridge Practitioner, to be able to not only help myself more in the times of emotional crisis and when life pops up and slaps me upside the face, but to help others transition out of Survival Mood!
I really feel my mission in life is to help others, whether it's to share a message with my t-shirts, share a hug in a moment, whether it's just a smile or a conversation that I have at the grocery store. It's just who! I am bringing kindness into this world! I was able to remove myself from not only the past, but the struggles, the darkness, the fears, the anxious feelings and the worry about the future. All of those things still come up in my present-day life, but they don't hold me back as much anymore. I let them move through me, and I recognize them, I see them, and I love them, and I can even hate them. I can even hate the emotions that I'm feeling, but I don't want to stay there anymore. I don't want to stay in loss and lack and negativity and all of that.
So I'm just so overjoyed that I was able to actually see the sunset, because I really pushed myself to go to yoga tonight. Last night I was going to go, and then I locked myself out of my pet-sit and missed the class. Then I'm like don’t get mad or upset you were not supposed to go. I said okay, that's perfect, maybe that's exactly where I was supposed to be. Maybe I wasn't supposed to be on the road; I wasn't supposed to be driving, I don't know, who knows? Or maybe it was just me being silly and I forget my keys as I locked the house and shut the door with keys inside.
I'm grateful to be alive, grateful that I am loved. And that I am learning what love is and I'm starting to understand that the truth of love comes from within and loving myself in a lot of different aspects and ways. So yeah I'm just really feeling into the gratitude of being alive.
