Sometimes you see a stranger who looks like they are carrying a lot. You want to help, but the right words do not come, and the moment passes.

What you need is a simple way to pass on some kindness. These 20 Ripple Cards are wallet sized, each with one line on it. Print them, cut them out, and hand one over, or leave it on a bus seat or in a library book for someone to find.

Without them, the kind thought stays with you. With them, it travels on to someone who needed it.

The little line at the bottom of every card

Each card carries a heart and zenfullheart.com/hug. That is there so the person who finds it can work out where it came from. Without it the card is anonymous and the ripple stops with them. It points at the movement rather than the shop on purpose, because somebody who has just been handed an unexpected kindness is not shopping, they are feeling something.

Card stock holds up better than paper if you are leaving them outside, but paper is fine.
